The Christian's Blueprint

To build a house, you need a blueprint. It details the design and plan so that every tradesperson knows how to complete their part of the building process. To build a godly family and community, we need a blueprint, and Jesus came to give us just that! Jesus stepped outside of the synagogue walls to spend time among the people, meeting them right where they were at. He observed their individual need and healed them to restore their hope and health. Jesus also made it very clear that He only spoke what the Father wanted him to say.

“The word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” HEBREWS 4:12

Our Bible is our personal Blueprint. Only God could bring together a book as magnificent as the Bible. 66 books with a singular message: man's need for a Saviour and salvation comes through Christ, whom God provided for that end.

As disciples of Christ, we accept absolute truth; we seek to find how God is revealing His will to us. The Word of God is our plumb line so that we do not lean on one side or the other, but walk upright as the Spirit leads us. God will always be faithful to His word. What great assurance He has gifted us with when we believe Him to be faithful.
